Methodology
- Quantitative survey of demographic, farm-specific, natural and viticultural practices and winemaking methods
- Interviews with winegrowers and farm managers, digitalisation of data and life cycle assessment (LCA)
- Use of econometric models to examine the inputs and influencing factors determining wine carbon footprints
- Identification and assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of production methods evaluated in the project to support climate-friendly viticulture
